Could this be my bloody show?

I had an internal exam yesterday (I am 40 weeks and then some!) There was blood which turned to brown and stopped early this morning. I have been dry and clean since 8am but now at 3:30 there is pink yucky stuff in my undies (sorry, TMI) I have been having BH for weeks now and today is no exception. I also have been crampy and very emotional. Anyone know if this is my bloody show or if it is a remainder from yesterday?
