Why is suddenly everything downloading REALLY slow on my Android?

I have a Huawei version. Uploading things seem to be a breeze when the internet doesn't want to be an idiot. Even when it's good, things like downloading music from 4shared, updating apps, the process goes 1% at a time! And it's been like that ever since Saturday! It used to be really fast!! I do have a quite a few songs on 4shared but I doubt that's the problem. And I have about 18MB left on my phone, so that's good. I delete things I don't need to keep space. Sooo, why is my phone downloading slow D:
